Our Process

FLASCON Construction Group’s hallmark is our meticulous, customer- centric approach.

Stage 1

Consultation

  • Meet and greet with our New Home Consultant
  • Understanding sites requirements
  • Site investigations
  • Supply an architectural plan or create a new custom design, we work together with you to finalise your design and fine tune your quote
  • Provide formal quote and design documentation

Stage 2

Contract

  • Complete wind, geo-technical and energy reports
  • Preparation and signing of HIA New Home Construction Contract (5% deposit paid)
  • Prepare work drawings structural design and associated requirements to complete BA Approval

Stage 3

Selection

  • Consultation and confirmation of specific finishes i.e. colours and materials
  • Consultation and confirmation of all fixtures and fittings including,
  • Cabinetry
  • Electrical
  • Face-to-face time with Colour Consultant

Stage 4

Approvals

  • Building and Council approvals submitted
  • Final Building Approval received, ready to commence construction
  • Finalising the Finance Approval

Stage 5

Construction

  • Consultation begins on site between 3-4 weeks upon receiving approvals
  • Initial site meeting with FLASCON Construction Team prior to site commencement
  • Regular progress updates during construction with Site Supervisor

Stage 6

Completion & Handover

  • Completion and professional clean both inside and outside of your new home
  • Site levelled and cleared of all rubbish
  • Presentation of your property, keys, hand over manual and final certificates with the FLASCON Team

Stage 7

Maintenance

  • Inspection of home 6 months after handover to ensure any settlement issues are addressed
